Mechanism of action of Sinetrol

Sinetrol® acts directly on adipocytes , or fat cells. Its action is based on a two-step mechanism that supports the process of lipolysis – the breakdown of fat. Sinetrol® promotes the transformation of fat cells from the “white” type to the “beige” type, ie cells that store energy are transformed into cells that stimulate metabolism. Thanks to this, the body uses fat more efficiently as energy and prevents its re-deposition in adipose tissue.

In addition, Sinetrol® enhances natural lipolysis , promoting the release of free fatty acids (FFA) and optimizing the physiological processes of fat burning.

Sinetrol® plays an important role in inhibiting the PDE-3 enzyme , which increases intracellular cAMP levels . This process stimulates the breakdown of triglycerides and promotes the release of free fatty acids ( FFA) .

In addition, Sinetrol® enhances fatty acid metabolism by increasing the expression of UCP proteins (uncoupling proteins) , which promotes energy utilization and thermogenesis , the process of heat production.
